I got my Zbrush 4 tin box in 2010. I know thats a bit embarrassing but i was to lazy to use the free offered uprades R2 R2b R3 R4 R5 … I did not use zbrush so often in the past, but now i want to change this. My question is how to upgrade now cause all links in my old emails are expired.

You’ll need to submit a ticket at Pixologic Support with the original information from when you bought ZBrush.
Actually, it sounds like you have a ZBrush 4.x serial number. In that case you do not need to submit a ticket. You can upgrade here: https://pixologic.com/zbrush/downloadcenter/instructions/full-installer.php
Please do not skip step 1! That step is critical for anyone with 4R2b or below.
You will only need to submit a ticket if you are unable to generate a download link but it doesn’t sound from what you’ve written here like that will happen.
