I reconstructed a photo-realistic Tyrannosaurus.
The concept for this Tyrannosaurus rex is a subadult around 14-18 years old, and I’ve used CG to reconstruct various elements of its growth, such as tooth replacement and molting.
The skull is based on scan data from Osborn1905 at the Smithsonian Museum, and I adjusted the size and proportions of the head during the growth process.
Facial impressions, body surfaces, and body hairs were restored to give the impression of the present creature as much as possible.
I’m trying to incorporate as many academic items as possible, but I’d love to hear what you guys think.
