will there ever be a zbrush tutorial book? i’m good at photoshop and illustrator because i bought tutorial books. manuals are ok…but tutorial books work best for me. online and pdf type tutorials are a bit of a pain because it’s a pain to read on screen and work on screen at once. i prefer to read on paper…and printer ink is expensive. if you came out with a tutorial book i would buy it.
Try looking through the practical guide. It’s a manual with lots of tutorials in it. It’s also very well writen.
I use a 2nd monitor to run the PDF - ?
works for me
Check out the community forum…somewhere there is a mention of a site (I can’t remember the name of it but I bet Frenchy would) that has tutorial mpegs some free (free sign up) and some you can buy (can’t remember if in video form or not…but I think so) …they even had some zbrush ones…i checked out the basic zbrush one (for 1.55) and it was pretty good if you never used zbrush before.
I’ll try to remember the name of the site as soon as I can.
I suppose that is this
It’s free Videos training
But I don’t believe that they are actualized for the Zb2
And I think that the tuts inside Zb2 or 1.55b are better
Pilou
Ps Hi Z80
Why not launch a Pdf Tut + The prog
And switch between them ?
It’s also practical than a book
And don’t need some costly inks
real paper books are easier to read for me. reading text on a monitor is a pain on my eyes. (for those wondering how i use ps and illustrator when i don’t like reading on screen must realize that once you know where all the tools and stuff are.you aren’t really reading anymore :)and then i would get really good at the program and then i can finally buy it. (i’m using the demo for now)
thanks for the link Frenchy, i’ve been a member of 3d buzz for some time but never used the site because i didn’t think it supported zbrush.
