I can not use the Transpose Smart Mask Tool with symmetry. Symmetry on the tool is turned on in the X axis. And the symmetry works on the brush when an alpha is applied but not otherwise. Thank you much for any help.!

Nothing can really be seen on your extremely blurry 240 x 135 gif. Maybe if you post a better video or some screenshots showing the whole interface.

If you are intrested in the solution it was to use the “Mirror by Symmetry option in Masking (2021.7)”
