After clicking Transpose Master, I noticed prompt: “Mesh geometry may not be modified while a layer is in recording mode. Exit layer recording mode, or bake all layers, and try again.” My subtools have layers and some are in rec mode and monit was showed for every stubtool during running Transpose Master process. Finally my mesh for posing was distorted.
It never happened in ZBrush2019 and before.

EDIT:
The installers have been updated and this problem fixed. The best thing to do is to uninstall 2019.1, download a new installer from the My Licenses page and then re-install.
Hi Marcus_civis, is running the ZUpgrader still a valid option if I haven’t updated to 2019.1 yet? Or is the full installer the preferred option in any situation? I’m on 2019, full installer version atm.
