I’m having an issue with 'Transpose all selected subtools ’ in the Move tool option menu. The bug is the whole model goes transparent with lines and none of the move tool functions work. Has anyone else had this issue? It seems to work fine on my other pc.

This is part of the normal operation of the “Transpose all selected” mode. Subtools that are NOT selected as a part of the transpose set are ghosted and have those lines through them.
Shift-Ctrl click on a subtool to add it to the current selection, at which point they will become solid, and will be affected by the transpose.
