Welcome to ZBC Necronomicon!!
For the transparecy u must change the trasparency setting into material and unselect the flattern layers into render—>modifiers panel !!
Good 1° post !! :+1:

Hi Necronomicon, welcome aboard. You should check out the QuickLinks pages - use the link at the top right of every Forum page. There you’ll find helpful links on all manner of topics, including transparency.

To get you started with transaprency, you might like to visit this thread with tips from Stonecutter.

and look at any of the threads by Kaz…Kaz is doing great things with lighting…yer off to a good start with your modeling though. Keep up posted on your progression

ok the thing that I realy do not understand. Is placment of lights in the sceen. How is this posible to poot a light inside of the object? or near it. Let us say that I need a light, lighting the object K with cordinates XYZ I need the light to be positioned in the cordinates X1,Y1,Z1 let us say the this is spot light

Positioning the light works differently depending on the light.

For the a sun light, there is the box with a sphere, and which has a grey square on it. Draging the square around moves the light. (And a single click on the square moves it behind, creating a backlight effect.)

The point and glow lights both use the Light :small_orange_diamond:Modifiers :small_orange_diamond:Position sub-palette, not the sphere & square. In the sub-palette are options for numerical entry of the light posion, and there is also a button which can be clicked on and dragged to where you want the light. The X, Y, and Z sliders are modified accordingly. (In this sub-palette there is also a setting for light radius which effects point, glow, and spot lights.)

The final light is the spot light. The spot light can be positioned like a point light with the Position sub-palette. Then you can set its direction with the sphere & square.

You might want to look at the 1.23 manual (downloadable from Pixologic) for more lighting information.

Hope this helps!

i added some Notes so this should show you
Run This ZScript Here :small_orange_diamond:transparncey.txt
