Transparency compatible with Second Life

I’ve been working on a mesh hair for Second Life and want to use transparent textures on certain parts ex: for single hair strands. The method of turning a texture transparent where it is black won’t be transparent once uploaded into Second Life so what is the way to do this that works in both ZBrush and Second Life? :rolleyes:
