Topology brush face detection bug

Does anyone got a fix for this topology brush bug? All those weird polygons are being drawn to some random point floating in the random spot in a viewport (not attached to mesh in any way). This point appeared by itself and cannot be deleted by any means.

I contacted ZBrush support about it but they never replied. Then I contacted them again to ask why are they not replying and I didn’t reply either.

Googled it like 40 times trying to phrase it in a various ways and got 0 results.

Deleting the “infected” edges and redrawing them again yields same or worse result.

Ctrl-Z until you find where there problem was caused?

There is no good answer for this. Somewhere along the line either tool glitched out or you inadvertently created a point in space. Support is subject to the same conditions in the world causing many support centers to slow down, and this is not the sort of issue they generally help with. If you are diligently backing up your work, you just need to backtrack to before the problem started.

If you can pinpoint what caused the issue and how to replicate it, this information should be sent to support.

I do have a save before the problem started and it always happens when I continue working on the project. I did not create the point it appears outside of canvas as I try to draw on a specific part of my model. Also all the broken faces are perfectly fine until the mysterious point appears.
