Top of the zbrushcore program cut off when full screen

My screen is 1920x1080.

For some reason the top bar that has things like polycount and the min, max, close buttons is cut off by about 10%. I can still see enough to know what they say but this still bothers me and I would like to figure out a way to solve this.

If you click the Restore button (the one to the left of the Close button at the very top right of the UI) you will be able to resize the ZBrushCore window so you can see all the interface. You can store this change by pressing Preferences>Config>Store Config (Ctrl+Shift+i). ZBrushCore should then always start at that size.

Thank you for the advice. But this still does not solve my full screen issue unfortunately. I have attached an image so you may see what is going on. I appreciate your help

Do you mean that the UI is cut off whatever the window size?

It cuts off only when in full screen

My answer was a workaround, not a solution. The point was to enable you to resize the ZBrushCore window so that it was nearly full screen and then have the program always start at that size.

But frankly, the amount that is cut off is so small that I don’t think it’s worth going to that trouble.

I suggest you contact Pixologic Support. I’ve not heard of this problem before but they may have and may have a better solution.

I bought Core yesterday and I have the exact same problem and it is really annoying. It does show the windows desktop for some reason. Never seen this problem with any other software. I can work with Core but of course would be nice not to have such distractions

This is a known issue. The only known workaround at this time is what Marcus suggested.

I just got Zbrushcore yesterday and have the same issue. Marcus’ solution works at first, but the next time you open Zbrush after saving the config, it still cuts off the top and sides, just a bit smaller (to the size I resized to before closing the application).

Also, for some reason I can’t disable the home screen from appearing every time I start up Zbrushcore. I’ve checked to only show if news is updated, but it has no effect.
