Tool palette too little after R8, anyone?

I love my actual UI, with tiny buttons and such.

But now that the tools have new icons (the arrow for groups) i would need to have them bigger…

Is there a way to make those panels, (or the pannel where the tool menu lies or something) bigger?

Right now, its difficult to me to click on the group arrow or on the subtool. Generally when i try to select a subtool i end up clicking on the group arrow…

I mean, without having to make ALL the program buttons bigger

increase the buttons size in preferences config would resolve the issue, but also it will increase the button and fonts size.
Well set it to 42 so it acceptable, 38 and 40 are too small value for me.
