Push in under the lower lip to give it shape like the B&W reference. The forehead looks a bit square. The jawline near the ear looks too strong, soften back to separate from the hair. The bridge of the nose is a bit wide.
Great job, I’m working on something much more simple and know it takes a lot of time and breaks to reach final form.

Good start. But I think the forehead is a little too short wich is a common mistake. The eyes should be in the middle of the heads hight (without hair).
If it comes to the resemblance to the actor I could find a few additional issues like the chinn/lower lip proportion. Compared to your Model Tom Sellec also has a bit more of a triangular or strawberry shaped head.
A very important detail – and maybee one reason why so many people like him – is this little premonition of a smile, even when he looks serious. The little hollow or wrinkel between the cheeks and the corners of the mouth is something I would emphasise a bit more.
