Dude this going really well but don’t stop here and work on the creases and refine the form a bit more. The likeness is spot on 
Tom Cruise isn’t even bald, and anyone who knows of him could still tell who it is at a quick glance. Very good bust. Don’t stop there, that’s too good of a start.
