i would like to know if there is a way to spread a texture over a model evenly. i am aware this can be done with an alpha through the surface menu under noise. iwant a similar effect using textures. any ideas
if you mean to tile texture over a model go UV map > create > H repeat and V repeat
When i said i wanted to tile a texture what i want to do is uniformly spread a picture over a model. For example, if i wanted to paint a shirt plaid. I have a pic of a plaid design and i want the design to recur seamlessly over the model. Im not really sure if the solution you gave me pertains to this problem.
