ZBrushCentral

Thud! I've landed on the Zbrush curve. Howdie All

Hi Zbrush Central folk,
My creative ways have steered me into your midst. I’m a creative designer with a chunk of experience in an eclectic array of markets, who is climbing back to his roots in Illustration and Charicter design (my first true creative passion).

I’ve been working hard on this since the first of 2003 and have a fist full of examples on my Renderosity Gallery. Compair that gallery with my current website and you’ll see the task I’ve cut out for myself.

Anyways, I just purchased Zbrush yesterday after tripping into Stevie-Rae’s gallery and having all my buttons pushed. I can’t say enough about his work except… Where do you want to go with it from here? (chuckle)

From the looks of postings here, help is easy to find with all things technical so I’m sure to be posting more here soon. For now I will continue devowering tutorials available at this site.

Let me know if there are other sites more tutorials and content can be found please

-Thank you

Hi Iron
Welcome aboard!
The first thing to do is play all the scripts inside the prog with the “Show action” On
Look the Tut of Texture Master Inside too
And that’s all
Maybe my little tricks tipt tut also  [in my signature]
And just post any image on the Zbc Forum
Have happy Zbrushing!
Pilou

But before you start that, setup your IV feed and catheter so you won’t need to leave the keyboard

Thank you for the wonderful advice. I’ve been crunching my way through tutorials. OMG there are a ton of them. I worked my way through your list at renderosity Frenchy. Some of your wording is a little confusing to me but overall they were great (thank you). I will post questions once I work my way back to any issues I had. In the mean time I need to do some more playing around with the interface. I’ve chosen to focus on the modeling tools first. I’ve an organic crown for a buxum frog fairy I need to figure out. It’s got milkpods and leaves in my drawing. sigh… It seems like a good project to start with. Then there’s the feet…everything else has been done in poser and bryce. (see sketch if I uploaded it right) http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/uploaded_from_zbc/200310/user_image-1065194252mmx.jpg

You can modelize this with facility  with the help of the Zspheres !
For the head a little training must be useful
Bon courage!

Welcome Aboard Ironsong!
I concur with Pilou… great sketch!
Always good to see more talent using ZBrush.
ZBC is almost as addictive as ZBrush itself!
There is an active ZBrush forum and gallery as well as freestuff and tutorials over @ www.3dcommune.com
Best Regards,
