Its a good start but still needs more sculpting. I would work on the face and hair for more likeness and reference is key. Getting a likeness of someone takes a lot of time and practice so just keep at it , have patience, and ask friends and others around you what they think for their critiques as well. Thor is so popular it should be very easy for others to tell you if it’s looking right or not. The costume is too soft and could use some of the polish or flatten brushes to help give it a flat thickness that is defined. In Zbrush its sometimes hard to get out of that soft mode when you start but, those flatten and polish brushes are awesome. As for the underarmour shirt try out the noisemaker and see if you can find a pattern that will work for you instead of sculpting in the details. It will come out more uniform and be a bit easier.
