After having gone through every issue I’ve seen on these forums I’ve finally got a new Serial by doing the “Order CD” fix.

After multiple time outs in trying to activate my ZB4 installation I get the following.

“This license key has already been activated for this machine.”
To send another copy of the activation key, please click the button below."

Then after clicking the button. I get.

“There was an error emailing your activation key.
Please try again.”

I’m getting the same thing.

UPDATE: I was able to get my code through the repeatedly requesting the code method. Eventually it coughed up an activation code on screen. Looks like a swamped server problem . . .

Hi guys,

i’m also at this barrier now ^^
When you say you just “repeatedly requested the code”, do you mean you repeatedly hit the button on the page saying “request copy of activation key” or do you start the activation process from start?

Woohoo - i got an activation code!

It’s the “request copy of activation key” button - Hammertime :slight_smile:

At nemo,

I didn’t worry about starting the process over I just kept backing my browser up and requesting they send the activation code again.
