This is great! Love the way you’ve pushed the cheek up under his finger.
Crits? Well, I’d be inclined to lower where the ears attach to the head. In a humanoid type head, the aural canal is located at about the same place as the jaw hinges. You’ve got a hole in the mesh under his chin. And the last joint on his fingers looks too near the end of each digit. I appreciate this is a fantasy character, but if his anatomy makes sense then so will he.
