Holy Shiznit that looks really great man!!! Way to go. I am trying to interprut a comic book illustratino as well but its ending up being much more difficult than i thought it was going to be. If you got a modeling video or just wip workflow it would definitely help.

I agree. My eye was quickly drawn to the pants. Yours feel a bit smoother and more rounder than they do in the illustration.

I hate to crit this, but if you just bring his his left arm’s brachioradialis a little higher up (above the top of his elbow), it would help round-off this wonderful piece …

Very nice man !
But just some little things to say 
: Your nose is nice but for Knolan it will be better with sharp face, a little bit more “geometric”… and somethings is disturbing with your hand, your second phalanx is a little too long,
and make your index with more roundness it gives more realism to your anatomie…
