The Wisdom Of Ages WIP

i’ve found a very beautyful picture a while ogo while searching for reference
so last week i started modeling it.
on my sketches you can see the freesculpt of the head. I lacked the front view of the old woman on the picture so i’ve searched for another “compatible one”.
all the rest had been “blobbed” out using zsphere and a very simple reference rigged character (thanks to Alex Velasquez for suggesting this very smart approach in his scared silly contest) nd then freesculpted yesterday night and tonight.
my final opjective is to completely clone the picture (some stylyzation is gonna be accepted  ) with elements lighting and so.
I’m very excited about it
wated to share it with you

cheers

BTW anybody knows a way to get rid of the color brightness shift between active and inactive subtools??
thanks
S

Just amazing and beautiful work. Wow, the amount of detail and your accuracy is pretty dang close!

You can get rid of the brightness switch by selecting the subtool. Turn off “add” and “sub”. turn on “mrgb”. Go to color palette. Click on “fill object”. Make sure your color picker is set to white. If you decide you want a different material, you can just repeat the process, as now only your parent tool will be affected when you change to a different one. I’m not sure if just “m” or “rgb” works by itself. In theory I guess it would. I’m sure this has been mentioned, but I just discovered this a couple days ago.

thanks 4 the tip. i’ll give it a try soon
cheers

Stefano, it’s looking great!

thanks nobuteru… tht’s just the very lowres to try the lighting…

Looking good, it’s just that the legs look far too short… and it also looks like she’s got no feet. She’s leaning forward in the picture, not backwards, and you can’t really see where the back end in the picture. More like “)” than “/” She doesn’t look relaxed. Changing that makes the legs look very short. At least that is what I think it looks like.
