The weird problem I had is back, and I have some new information about it....

I can post a video of this if needed…

Basically whatever was happening went away, and is now (much to my dismay) back.
However I have discovered something weird about it and that is that it affects my Microsoft Wireless Mouse 5000 and my Wacom Mouse but NOT my Wacom Tablet and pen (note that my wacom mouse requires the tablet).
I am at a total loss here.

I think I have the latest drivers for both and both were working fine and work fine everywhere else.
Why… wait a moment…
EDIT:
I went to try something just now to confirm that its JUST the pen working correctly and that it was affecting 2.5D and 3D sculpting brushes and when I made a dynamesh sphere, used the standard brush with the mouse, it didn’t work, I then used the wacom pen and it was normal, I again switched back to the mouse and now IT is normal. I tried this in 2.5D with the simple brush and on one stroke its broken and on another stroke its fine, the wacom pen works as it should…
The other thing (I know there are a lot of other things going on) is that some of the stroke settings for the simple brush are fine and others are not, Dots, spray etc don’t work, Drag Rect line and others like them work normally (this is with the mouse, the pen is again totally normal)…
Im baffled and I dont know what I should do next, it’s gone totally random on me.

Oh…
oops!
hehehehehehe:

Hi Everybody!
Hya ZBer!!!

Did drivers get updated between when it worked and didn’t? ANY updates to ANYTHING ?
Tablet is wired in USB?
Faulty pen/mouse/tablet…About out of ideas here.

The only likely update (because it was for the Wacom Tablet) happened quite a while ago and it worked fine (since the end of June). I suppose its possible its that but it seems odd that two totally different mice would have this problem and the pen wouldn’t… actually its two mice and that stupid laptop trackpad, I tried it out and it does the same thing as the mice, normally I keep it turned off as its very very aggravating.
The tablet is wired, its an Intuos 4 Medium.
The thing is this problem comes and goes for no apparent reason. Right now I could not film/record it since its stopped but when (not if, at this point there is no if) it comes back I will.
As near as I can tell the only thing affected is ZBrush.

Intermittent problems are hard to solve…Blame Windows 8?
