Sorry but two of those three got to test Mr. Alon’s thoughts rather extensively if I am not mistaken(could be I am…happens alot) and had a voice in how those thoughts were shaped into reality, given the restrictions of memory, graphics cards blah blah blah, it seems to me Pixologic came up with miracle that allowed the likes of Weta digital to become the award winner it is. I find it, hmmmm sad I guess that some of those that were involved zb2’s development find it necessary to crap on it instead of praise it for giving them their reason for developing the idea that is someone else’s and extending it to fit their needs.
Kudos to them for taking it and running with it…but f*** em for sh**ing on those who paved the way.
hope their successful, hope they have the same kind of community, love of the art of creation that pixologic does…many will follow, one or two will lead us to new directions…yet we haven’t been privy to the new yellow brick road…so …
