The Pale wander
Hello friends!
this is a personal character project that I completed in about one month. I started with a few quick sketches and rough concepts, then tried to improve the design by iterating on the shapes and forms that I felt worked well.

Development Process
During the sculpting phase, I intentionally kept most of the details at a similar, low level so I could evaluate the overall cohesion at a low resolution. Focusing on silhouette and flow helped me decide which ideas were worth pushing further and which ones to discard.

Below, you can see some of the face and shape ideas I decided not to use, along with the initial sketches that informed the final direction. Almost all of the tertiary details were achieved through textures.
