Hi there just to show some of the elements which created this image, the head was marked with neck, then combined with a smooth unified skin creating the neck and head in one. the best way to do water is just use the smudge brush with a alpha on it to create the waves the one thing i did do in photoshop was the paint the splashes in and overlay a leather. Later
