Ooh! Very good! Love the lighting and the wood-by-night atmos. Good luck to you at the festival! (and other festivals) :+1: :+1:

A lot of work in that…what was the response like in Melbourne? :+1:

Thanks guys,

The response was great. It was a full house at the ACMI cinema. Unfortunatley we screened a stereo version as opposed to the 5.1 version… a mix up at our end. But it was really well received, particularly since it was the only animation in this screening… its always great seeing your stuff on the big screen.

Cheers

just WoW!:+1:

This is awesome! Unbelievable stuff judging by the trailer.

Is this a horror flick?
How long is the whole movie?
How long it took you to finish it?
Is it out on DVD and if yes, where to buy it?
Etc.

PS:
The model on the last picture looks like the guy that I beat up at work.

Man, this is what I call “atmosphere”!!!

Thumbs up, the stills remember me of the work of Richard Corben, were you inspired by him???

Five stars for me…!!! :+1:

Hey thanks,

Svet_P
It is a horror/thriller but more sinister that violent.
It a short, runs at 8 minutes
Its an idea that I had for a while and learning the software and pipelines was very time consuming… so discluding that it was about 1 and a half years full time to physically (so to speak) make. There were lots of characters, environments to build, lots of water, deformation and action… everything that you should know better than to do:)
Unfortunately I am unable to sell DVDs as I dont own the rights (part of my Master of Arts at a government run school) We are just beginning to send it out to international festivals though so keep an eye out for it.

I dont know Richard Corben but looked him up, pretty cool stuff. Im a big fan of illustration and graphic novels.

Thanks again
