Hello, I was working, and suddenly something touched, and the main brush disappeared.
How can I make it come back, without restarting the entire zbrush?

I’m afraid I can’t tell you what is happening in your video. There is not enough of the UI exposed, and the standard icons and cursors have been changed. This may be something you have done, or it may be coming from some other program or feature running on the machine. It prevents me however from being able to tell you if the installation is functioning correctly.
If you continue to experience the problem, please contact support and document the issue with the standard program UI and configuration.
