wow, this looks pretty impressive.
been a while since I worked on this guy, but went back to fix up some bits. I think it has potential for a portfolio piece.
Trying out some sss mental ray rendering
Body update. Everything from mid chest down looks like its chiseled too hard or something. Will need to work on softening that. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
Alright, smoothed it out a little. Still needs a bit more attention, and I also need to relax his abs a bit. Also, if anyone knows a very good way to generate normal maps from zbrush, I’d love to know it. Thanks.

Thanks for that. And yeah, I tried to use references from his Pride FC days. I think he had like a skull scrap or something around his nasal cavity because he couldn’t really breathe or sleep well.
Just wanted to post a render with the perspective tweaked a bit:
Zbrush cap looks very nice. I assume you are going to break up the symmetry still? That sticks out to me, everything being a complete mirror of the other side of the body, but a lot of guys add the asymmetry last. I don’t know what renderer you are using Maya but there are some great Mental Ray and Vray tutorials out there on skin shaders that I think could help you really push the quality of your presentation renders. That’s my 2 cents :). I think the sculpt is looking very nice!
Thanks. For maya, I was using a maya fast skin sss shader. I will try and look up some more tutorials though. He doesn’t seem “soft” enough. Again, thanks.
