Thanks for the renewal, but it’s still not working…I did what you said, and turned off my Kaspersky…and my windows security as well…I tried twice, it downloaded fine…and then said “which program do you want to run this file”…I’m still unsure what this means…or what to do about it…what program? I took off 4r2 before I started downloading the upgrade, so I wouldn’t lose GOZ.
