I know all about poluypainting and spotlight, but is there a way to paint in zbrush right on the texture, without the need to have the tool highly subdivided? my problem is I have a character suit and it has to be one piece, but since it is quite detailed it has quite a few polys but I can’t go higher than the 25mln and this is not enought for detailed texture, also I don’t like using HDgeo because when I want to use surface noise or do a masking on whole mesh and make some details from paint I need to be doing it in instalments and mask out the connecting edges, also it is not allowed to delege HD once it is done.
Yes, with Projection Master:

The trick is, you can only paint one side at a time.
You may also want to think about ways to optimize your tool for polypainting. Splitting into subtools, re-topologizing and removing geometry in places that don’t need it, merging multiple objects into a single mesh, simplifying, etc. It’s rare to encounter a mesh that can’t be polypainted well with 25 million polys available.
Thanks guys, I will try both solutions, splitting the mesh is a good idea it is a bit tricky in this instance but if there is no other option I will have to do it.
Thanks Again
