Texturing face tutorial... where is it?

hey.
about a year or so ago I came across a video tutorial that showed a process for texturing in zbrush. It appears that I can no longer find the tutorial and so wondered if anyone here knows where i can find it. I shall try to explain it to you.

the video shows someone texturing an old wrinkly face.
they are using photo textures and somehow projecting them onto the model, sort of like the ‘drag square’ tool process with alphas, but he was applying the photo texture, not modelling detail.

the tutorial seemed really good at the time and I’d really like to view it again.
so if anyone out there thinks it sounds familiar could you please let me know.

cheers.

Is this what you’re thinking of?

hey,
thankyou for your reply.
unforunately that wasn’t the tutorial i was after.
I found that one earlier and although it was helpful, it doesn’t show the technique I am thinking about.

the search continues…

thanks again

hey,

for anyone that may have been wondering…
I found the tutorial file I was looking for.
It was from the ‘Artists in action’ series by a guy named Kris Kosta.

the link is here…

seems like a cool way of doing things but not sure if it’s a better technique than using Zapplink with Photoshop. I guess i’ll have to try them out tomorrow.

cheers.
