Talis, Dragonborn Paladin

Hello everybody!

Here’s a project I’ve been working on, a fanart of a DnD character played by Jessica Nigri. Still have some work to do on the waist cloth and weapons, among a few other details.

Did sculpting and polypaint in zbrush, render is done in Marmoset Toolbag. Hoping I’ll get the time to prep this one for printing.

Working through a print of this character. Here’s some of the primed progress so far. I haven’t been able to print a character at this size and detail before, so it’s been an awesome experience and I’m enjoying how it’s turning out!

My brother was able to paint up this first print, based on my initial renders!
There were some print errors in this version that have been cleaned up/corrected for some updated prints we’re doing. But I really like how this paint job turned out! The glowing parts are using a fluorescent paint that has a glowy-look in UV light.

Thank you! As this was our first time really using this printer, we just used default settings. I was surprised to even get this quality hahah.
We’ve since printed 2 more that are at higher settings, and the quality improvement is really noticeable!
