If you scroll down the page real fast it looks like the image is growing and popping right out at you. I think it’s the angle of those stairs…I was easily amused by that…lol
always amazing!.. I love the (desesperate) buildings… seems to be a very sad chidness, here… amitiés; m. ps: carrara seems fine, with you… you model (except Z, of course) inside?
Its a great image, to me its a very sad scene with actually funny characters. Which creates a very powerful contrast. I would love to see how pics look you do after and not before youre visit

I think she’s missing out on all the fun riding down those stairs and not sitting on that “custom-made” seat of hers while doing so. But, then of course, if she was we wouldn’t no why she was grinning so big…:lol:

But i think that you have to change illumination, because at first moment, when i see a image for first time, i don’t understand the caracter’s shape because the hair to be confuse with the construction behind the caracter( sure for B/W).
This is my opinion that dont’ want to remove the artistic and illustration composition quality of your image.

Here’s the original which was created in colour - I thought the sepia version had a more evocotive atmosphere and ambiguity?

Yup, the sepia one left more room for my deranged thoughts. This version already spells out to much. But I do LOVE both of them.

:D… Just saw this picture…it reminds me a bit of an old joke about : Nuns having a great time with a bicycle, and the head of the convent threatening them that if they don’t stop she will put the seat back on !..
The original picture looks good to me !..only the color/tone of the “scoot/fun mobile” spoils it…me thinks !.. i can understand that you did this one in carrara;)
