Tablet Pen Cursor suddenly off?

Hi, I’m using a two monitors setup which one of is a Tablet. Since a Week the Cursor when using the pen is suddenly off, no clue how that happend, its only in zbrush in every other prorgram its normal. I tried everything could think to fix of including reinstalling. Please help
