Hello community! As a new artist I am eager to get my hands on a new tablet. Though I am very interested with the touch screen cintiq models, I cannot help but be taken back by the cost of even the smaller unit.
With the rise of common day touch screen technology, (The Ipad being the most recent) being combined with actual computer components and interfaces, I am wondering if we will see a drop in price for the Cintiqs, and if so when we should expect them to become cheaper.
I am also curious about any school and non school related discounts that may be offered. Much appreciated!
