Just finished this stylized, hand-painted sculpture. It’s a birthday surprise for my wife. Encapsulating the lively and charming essence of our daughter Suzette. Sculpted in Zbrush, printed on a Phrozen Mega resin printer, and painted with acrylics.
It’s so satisfying to get your digital sculpts into the physical world! My first sculpture where I sliced and keyed it to make it easier to paint. Challenging to get all of the tolerences right. Especially in places where the object has to line up with 2 different keys.
It’s the first time I sculpt my own ‘concept’. Anyone got some feedback on how to improve on it. I get remarks that I gave her nightmare eyes.
