Hello, I was wondering if there was a way to change my Primary Email for the Support Ticketing Center. The one that currently receives updates or news from Pixologic is outdated and now flooded with spam. So awhile ago i created a new more professional email that I would like all future contact and updates from Pixologic to be sent to.
However I don’t want to just create a new account for I fear i may lose privileges or create conflicts since I have two registered licenses on the older email and I’m not sure on how to transfer those licenses to a new account.
