Support account query

Hi,

I was not able to log into my support account last friday, but assumed my registration info was ok. Someone mentioned support.pixologic.com was up again so I had a quick look and found I had 3.1 (PC) with 3.1 serial number registered. Eeek !

The Upgrading to ZBrush 4 support article mentioned all was fine if you had 3.12 or higher installed. Well I do have 3.5R3, but my registration info says otherwise. Does my support account info influence anything at this point?

Sorry to be a bother, I can easily wait until the 16th… if I know I have to wait until the 16th. But I have finally caved in and have begun checking my e-mail every 15 min. And I thought I was doing so well up until now :smiley:

Still love this upgrade malarkey and it is fascinating to see how it turns grown men to mush. If I still have an empty mailbox by friday I will be running around the apartment with my underwear … on my head.

ps. Changed my ZBrush serial and version indicator to 3.5 on my support account. Should I do the same once I have 4.0?

Your support account will not influence getting the upgrade. After you have upgraded, please just log into your support account and update your info to have the ZBrush 4 serial and reference number.

You will still receive your upgrade even if the Support system shows old license info. All that matters is that we have a current email address for you.
