Subtools Misses in Zbrush 2021

Hello everyone!

I’m modeling a arm of the my character in a individual subtool, but the others subtools misses without made everything nothing. I open the project again and I see the charges in the top of screen, but the subtools continue disapear in the subtool menu.
Help me, please!

When I open the project the others subtools charges in the top of screen with their undos but don’t appear in subtool menu

Notice small number in upper right corner of subtool pic. You only have the one subtool loaded. Click on that image to load it and its subtools should show.
