Subtools, layers and appending

I’ve sculpted a character that contains out of a couple of subtools and the face itself has some layers (that act as blendshapes).
I’ve saved this character as a Ztool so I can append it to another scene, which works great with the SubTool Master. Except, when I want to change something with the layers (even turning on or off) the subtool with the layers applied to it automatically scales up which results is being out of proportion and too big for the other subtools (assets and clothes) that accompany the original character.
I know baking the layers would resolve my problem, but I would really like to keep the layers.

Does anyone know why I am encountering this problem and how I can fix it?

Ok, it’s a bit silly :o:roll_eyes:, but I’ve found the solution.
Instead of appending my character to a new scene, it works when it stay in the original scene of my character and import other tools this way.
It only works of course if the imported tools haven’t got layers, so if anyone has a workaround for that: always welcome!
