I am trying to pose this character. I understand that if the stack (circled in my image) is toggled subtools that are masked will not move/scale/rotate. When I toggle my gumball from single subtool to all subtools the display gets funky and displays some subtools translucent. These subtools dont get effected by the gumball as if they were masked but they are not. In my image I have snapshotted 3 states of my model. On the left is the normal state of my model. In the center you can see what happens when I toggle the gumball to affect all subtools. On the right is what happens when I try to move all subtools. The subtools with the weird translucent display are not masked and they will not move. Is this a memory problem?![problem|1150x942]
These are not light parts. All parts are UV mapped. These are not poly painted. I am also getting crashes trying to get all of these to move. I am running
-Zbrush 2020
-Windows 10 64 bit
-32 gigs ram
-i7-6700
-NVIDIA GTX 1660 Ti
The feature you’re referring to doesn’t transform ALL subtools, just all the selected ones (the visual effect you’re highlighting is used to show which subtools are unselected).

Thank you for the quick reply! I thought it was all just about masking.
