Subtool stretching?

If you guys can help, it’d be great :slight_smile:

I went onto a new canvas, created a polymesh 3d object. After that, I went back to my previous model. I added the first 3d object (a shoe) as a subtool but, I couldn’t move it without it stretching in a weird way. Most of it would move, but the top of it would stay in the same position and it would stretch the rest of the model

try tool : deformation unify, or size it down until it fits in the tool preview window

Sounds like you have a mask applied to some part of the shoe. Select the subtool you want to move, Ctrl + Shift + a to clear the mask and try moving again.

i have that problem… i can’t move any subtools it just stetches where ever i click on it to move, really annoying as i can’t add a horn i made to go on my character (just like you can’t move the shoe to the right place on the body)

TVEyes was right. It was a stupid mask that I forgot to clear :stuck_out_tongue:
