Subdividing Splits My Mesh. Need Help!

I have a human model which I have split in 3 different elements in 3dsmax. I have unwrap all of them and when I imported it back to Zbrush and sud divided it to level 1, it splits according to their elements. What/How can I make this stop?

You can try the “merge visible” button in the subtools roll out. Other wise I would just export it to any other 3d app and merge all the verts and export it back to zbrush.

Stupid mistake… its fixed now. The verts were on the “DOT” together but weren’t welded. Thanks!!

to merge the points in Zbrush, simply apply different polygroups to each element, “autogroups”.

Then export out an obj with grp turned on, then import it with weld turned on.

that will weld the points…but sometimes it’s just easier in another 3d app.
