This is my interpretation of a concept (https://www.artstation.com/artwork/2GexK) by Johannes Helgesson.
The goal here was to practice stylised characters, and also to see how far I could get using only Zbrush and Marmoset Toolbag. The reason for this is to be able to quickly iterate between sculpting/modeling and final render for lookdev. No post work done in the final render except what Toolbag offers. I am very happy with how the renderer handled a heavy, subdivided, undecimated mesh. The speedy viewport button is great!
A big thank you to Johannes Helgesson for creating the concept and allowing me to use it for personal work, as well as constructive feedback.
Workflow images. This workflow is mostly taken from Shane Olsen’s 3D Character Workshop https://www.3dcharacterworkshop.com/ I Highly recommend it if you want a quickstart and great feedback for heavily stylised characters.
Turntable. Bit too much space above and below, but youtube likes its formats, so what can you do.
