i would wear it as a brooch, but did you mean this function? very nice render, indeed…

thnx guys.

@kokoro: no, it’s just some playing around with loops in zbrush, and some testing in keyshot.
i think of buying keyshot, but i wait for the release of the goz plugin and how well it works.

i loopedized my creature from post#50
4 subtools, together more than 35.000.000 polys.
how to get that to keyshot?

I love your stuff…
would you mind sharing your workflow (sorry I you did this on some of your previous pages, was a bit too lazy to look through all of them  )

same as you would get it into any other app:decimationmaster is your friend… if you dislike the quality, then first duplicate and then dynamesh a subtool, then zremesh, divide a few times and then reproject. usually the polycount is already much lower with same detail. if not, divide more and let calculate normal and displacementmaps to use in keyshot… interesting work… good luck on exporting. its worth the effort

I also have an envy for these very beautiful loops. Nicely done!

Love it … This last work is awesome! Keep up the good work!

Cheers, David

Oh my
I would love to follow such a workflow.
I wonder how you can export all this as well.
I love these results. Great work, of good taste.

These are great!
You extracted the loops themselves right?
Wonderful stuff!

thnx,
glad you like it.

yes it’s all creating a shape, zremesh to very low resolution and guided with zremesh brush.
then i select loops with lassotool and do edge loop with crisp enabled.
then uncrease all.
i do that process at least 2 times,
and then i select again and extract the loops,
and repeat the process on them.

now i am looking on how to render this in other renderengines.

Still learning and experimenting.

This is a model of a lamp I made after seeing it in a TVshow
to test the new r7 tools and the bridge to keyshot for zbrush.
corsarilamp.jpg

and another bridge to keyshot experiment.
Only two planes with displacement.
the water is a plane with noise,
the cobblestones are displaced on another plane with some modeling for the gullies

And some juwelery

This one is modeled in just about one hour,
mainly to see how far i can go with modeling without a reference.
Of course it’s full of errors.

And after that I “Loopedized” him, hahaha.

Very very Nice !!!
Beautiful posts.

thnx.

now making some stuff for a city project.
first a monorail train.

this time a goddess

edge polygroups command from zmodeler is a real help for this kind of stuff.

and now i will see how this renders in keyshot, and give it some other material.

Hi Patpotlood,Your technique is very interesting !
How much polygon for this work ?

Thnx!
3 subtools, together 28.000.000
after Decimation around 7.000.000

sending the decimated model to keyshot with bridge worked perfect.
now i’m ready to start working on a material in keyshot.

28 millions …:o very too polygon for my system !
Thank’s !

if you split your model in subtools, zbrush can handle high polycounts.
even the 32 bit version.

same model rendered in keyshot for zbrush
