Studies

Hi I am a new member to the Zbrush forum and new to Zbrush.
I’m originally a classically trained sculptor in the human form but have made the transition to jewelry design (Revere Academy)

I was wondering if anyone could direct my studies in getting up to speed in Zbrush?
There seems to be a lot of videos and tutorials of all kinds, but I wanted to make sure a get a good start with the right instruction. I feel like if I can properly learn the zbrush tools I will be able to bring my sculptural training to bear.

Any direction would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

This is a good place to start: http://pixologic.com/zclassroom/course/getting-started

After you take a look on Zbrush main features, etc. You should address your efforts looking at Nacho Riesco’s, Thomas Wittlesbach and also Paul Liaw. All three of them are great artists and all of them have their own academy work. I recommend you first understand Zbrush first so when you get in touch with any of them you have some basis of the funcionality of Zbrush.
