Student to Commercial Upgrade

Hi,

I would like to ask if anyone went through a process of upgrading from student to commercial licence of zbrush.
I have purchased an educational licence from a London placed re seller back in 2012, I’ve been told that i will be able to upgrade it later on if I wish. I also get a pricing for the upgrade plus VAT. When I wanted to go ahead with the upgrade through the same re seller I have been told that there is no way of upgrading. Either there is no option for upgrade and I have been misinformed back in 2012, or the re seller is trying to get a full price squeezed out of me on the top of a amount I already have paid. I would appreciate hearing from someone on this matter.

Upgrading from an academic license to a commercial license costs 50% of the commercial license price at time of upgrade. (At the moment, the cost comes to $397.50.) However, to get the pricing for that you need to go directly through Pixologic via a Support ticket at https://support.pixologic.com.

It is not possible to make the upgrade through a retailer or through the Pixologic online store. It has to go through a Support ticket.
