Hello, I wanted to delete the started head but I can not remove it, the subtool (if this is one)does not appear in the list of subtool.
Moreover, I wanted to start all over again and I can’t make the sphere rotate so that the top of the sphere is at the top (there it rotates 90°) thank you in advance for your precious help!

You just dropped the head to the 2.5D canvas. You can go to “Layer” menu and click “Clear” button or just press Ctrl+N to clear it. I had no problem rotating the sphere. The sphere rotates normally when the view is switched to the side and using Rotate with Gizmo 3D. You can also go to “Tool > Deformation”, select the X axis only, click on the slider for red box and type 90 then Enter to rotate it.
