Have you remembered to flip your map vertically?
Looks like bad or wrong UV-s. Check your uv-s on lowpoly (base mesh) and high poly mesh - really simple, just one click on button
It works fine in Painter
If that is true why just don’t bake it there, or just render highpoly mesh as 99,99% cases are ending just that way - still 2D representation of still 3D model… And it can be faster than rendering huge displacement maps
Don’t think that flipping can help here if we are talking about flipping maps on export - you can flip maps whenever you want and get same 2D image, just flipped - and in this case bad
