Star Ocean 2 - Indalecio remake

Hi everyone, i though of showing some of my projects here. I made this character becouse its the final boss of one of my favorites RPGs “Star Ocean 2”. His face is far from the ingame original becouse i wanted to focus more on his voice while sculpting (if you’re curious just type indalecio on you tube). The other reason i made this character was his clothes, i dont feel comfortable with dynamic, long, robe-type garment and thanks to this quick project i understand them a lottle bit more. I know that a lot could be improved, comments are welcomed.

Very nice
I check youtube, now all i hear is “10,000 volts!” and you gotta have 9999 life to beat him!??!

The folds in the clothing seem all the same. Greek statues use the term Wet Drappery. So I did a search and found this image that might help?

I keep wanting to look at the ground because there is so much detail… make sure to apply thet detail to his cloths.

If he’s levitating, would his hair levitate?

Other then that, I like how it’s turning out!

I spent some time on the clothes, next i plan to sculpt ornaments onto the robe, and do some tweaking. I noticed some issues with the book coming in contact with the robe, i’ll fix that in the next update

Mrguy - thanks for the link, and yes, the game was kind of crazy:rolleyes:. It was the first game i encountered that had enemies with HP above 1mln…

i like this a lot!

Worked on the face some more to give it a stronger expression. I think i will move on to the hair, a lot could be improved there.

PS: I think the neck is a bit too high, i will fix this in the next update
