ZBC is not a good place to be looking for help with Mental Ray shaders. I’d recommend that you ask a Mental Ray forum about that one.

SSS is a render engine effect. ZBrush and Mental Ray use two completely different rendering engines. So ZBrush materials won’t work in MR and most ZBrush users won’t have MR shaders.
